Handoff draft dated September 14, 2026. Confirm the actual effective date before publication.

App: Reelzavi ImageKit (com.reelzavi.imagekit).

Contact: abcd@gmail.com.

1. Scope

These terms describe the conditions for using Reelzavi ImageKit. “We” means the app provider. Read them before use; if you disagree, do not use the app, or stop using and uninstall it. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal rights or replace any separately required privacy consent.

Minors should obtain parental permission or supervision where local law requires it. These terms do not replace store age ratings or establish an unconfirmed child-directed service.

2. Features and limitations

Photo resizing, compression and format conversion. Current features include:

  • Resize proportionally by the longest edge without enlarging small images.
  • Adjust JPEG/WebP quality and convert between JPEG, PNG and WebP.
  • Access the integrated editor, mosaic tools, image slicer and local vault.

The conversion extension processes one image at a time with a 128–4096 px longest-edge setting. PNG ignores quality settings; JPEG fills transparency with white. A smaller file is not guaranteed.

The current version has no account registration, cloud sync, advertising, subscription or in-app purchase system. This is not a promise that every future version or feature will remain free or available forever. Charges or material changes will be clearly described and agreed to where required.

3. License and acceptable use

You may install and use a lawfully obtained copy subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not infringe privacy, copyright or other rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass security measures or disrupt services. Uses, research and interoperability expressly permitted by applicable law or third-party open-source licenses are not improperly restricted.

Rights in app code, interface and brand identifiers remain with their respective holders. These terms do not claim a registered trademark or replace third-party licenses.

4. Your content

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your content. Processing it in the app does not transfer ownership to us or grant blanket permission to use it for model training or advertising.

Ensure you have the right to process and share selected images, including any likenesses, private information or protected works they contain. Watermarking, collaging, compression or conversion does not grant copyright or guarantee removal of all sensitive information. Check results before sharing.

5. Local storage and backups

Core processing and records stay on your device. Protect it and keep important originals or records as needed. Clearing storage, uninstalling, device failure or system operations may cause data loss. We do not operate a cloud copy for recovery.

Exported images are saved to the system gallery. Uninstalling or removing extension history does not necessarily remove gallery copies.

6. Third parties and privacy

Android, Google Play, file viewers and email services are provided by their respective operators. When you choose to give them content, their terms and policies apply. We do not make commitments on their behalf.

Read the Reelzavi ImageKit Privacy Policy for app data practices. Contact abcd@gmail.com for support and do not send passwords or signing keys.

7. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in maintaining the app but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, suitability for every purpose, uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Verify important outputs or timer states.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible beyond applicable legal requirements for failures outside our reasonable control, independent third-party actions or your misuse. This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that law does not permit us to limit, and does not remove statutory consumer remedies. No arbitrary liability cap, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed here.

8. Updates and stopping use

You may stop using the app at any time. Updates may fix issues or change features. Material changes affecting user rights require clear notice and confirmation where legally required. If you disagree, you may stop using the app; changes do not retroactively remove accrued legal rights.

9. Disputes and contact

Contact abcd@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve concerns. This does not prevent recourse to legally competent authorities. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules govern dispute handling; this draft does not designate an unconfirmed country's law or court.

If a provision is unenforceable, other independently enforceable provisions remain effective without reducing protections required by law.
